We partnered with Color Solutions International to highlight trending colors designers are using to guide the next fashion trends. This week’s Color of the Week is Blush, a light pink color as airy and free as the summer. Professionals use CW0300459 to identify and communicate this color selection to their partners.
I used the Vishion application to find a style for different rooms in the house using blush.

Blush is such a trending color that you can’t go on social media without seeing it somewhere! So this week, I took inspiration from Instagram and picked out two of my favorite interior designs and recreated them for you!

This living room is so cool and artsy that I had to recreate it. If you’re like me, you like options, so I gave you lots of options! If you click through the images below, you’ll see different options for 4 decor items of the room. Some are almost the same as the one used on Instagram, and others I used creative license to spice it up.
After I looked through all of the decor options, I chose not only my favorite ones but the ones that I thought would look the best together! I absolutely love about 95% of the things that come from Anthropologie, so the chair was a no-brainer. I liked the original idea of the white, open back bookcase and burnt orange pillow. The artwork I chose has hints of blush to pull the room together. Even though the art is busy, the rest of the decor is simple enough so that it’s not overwhelming.

This design was a little more straight forward, but still fun to recreate. I added some details that I liked that weren’t exactly the same as the original, like the fuzzy grey pillow and the cool black and white lamp. Having a blush bedspread and neutral colored decor is the perfect way to accessorize a room.
